My son introduced me to Crema Classica following his trip to Italy. The roast works well with our Breville BES 870. It is dry enough that it doesn't clog the grinder with oil like some other roasts we have tried. Price is excellent for bean quality, and Crema Classica replaced a domestic road that we had used for 15 years. Excellent value. Try it.
