1. Fill up the coffee machine's reservoir with water. Once the machine is powered on the machine heats the water from the reservoir to the optimal brewing temperature, place a K-Cup® into the machine's holder and select your favorite size (8oz is recommended).

2. Once the water reaches the desired temperature, it's forced under pressure through the top needle into the K-Cup®. This pressurized water flows through the coffee grounds, extracting flavors and aromas. Because of the pressure and the specific design of the K-Cup®, the water stays in contact with the coffee grounds for a set amount of time, ensuring optimal extraction. After passing through the coffee grounds, the now-brewed coffee flows out of the K-Cup® via the bottom needle and into the user's mug or cup.

3. Once the brewing process is complete, the user can open the machine lid, remove the used K-Cup®, and discard it.

Advantages of the K-Cup® Brew Method:
Consistency: Since each K-Cup® is pre-measured, it often results in a consistent brew.
Convenience: It's quick and easy to make a single cup of coffee without the need for measuring coffee or water.

Variety: There's a vast array of flavors and beverages available in K-Cup® form, from different coffee roasts to teas and other hot beverages.
