Better than Breville
After a lot of research — and even purchasing a $1,500 and $3,000 Breville machine — I ultimately decided to go with this espresso machine for my small café. I was warned that if you pull more than about 20 shots a day the heating elements might wear out sooner, but honestly… I’m willing to ride it out because I LOVE this machine that much. We’re not using their ESE pods, so I can’t comment on those. Instead, we’re using Lavazza Gran Espresso Intenso, and the espresso that comes out is fantastic. The pressure is right on point, it's easy and the extraction is better than the much more expensive Breville machine we tested. For a small café setup, this machine has been a great performer. The espresso is rich, consistent, and delicious. So far it’s been an excellent choice and I’m very happy with the results.

I go to Italy often and have the frog didesse , it was about 8 years old and died … so I began to research machines that were authentic and would produce that perfect shot of caffe you get in the bar in Italy let me clarify…. Southern Italy MONTE DI PROCIDA , or ischia …. This machine actually produces the perfect shot….. make sure you hear the tazza first with hot water then pull the shot…. Wow !!!! Amazing … very small and compact but works perfectly …. If you’re looking for authentic espresso shot as it’s supposed to be made this machine will do it !!!! U cafffe era buooon … ta provvva ! Il cafe di questa macchina è stupendo!!! Provaci!!!
