Why Choose the Caffè Borbone Cappuccino Cups?
A great cappuccino deserves the right cup. The ceramic holds the warmth of the espresso while the wider rim lets the foam settle the way it would in a café in Naples on a slow morning.
Pair It With:
Works well alongside any Caffè Borbone capsules, pods, or ground coffee as a ready-to-gift bundle.

Solid, easy to use and clean
Overall, great set of cups with a solid feel and nice presentation. Caffe Borbonne blue striping seem to vary in placement on the handle. The cup's interior is concave and limits the volume of your pour. However, the espresso/cappuccino spreads thinner as it reaches your mouth as a result of the shape. This is a unique feeling and provides some advantages such as cooler temperature reaching your mouth (for extremely hot drinks) and better aeration of the liquids as it reaches your face. However, the downsides include being easier to spill and less heat retention as you drink. The latter is limited by the thickness of the cups, which retain more heat.

Amazing
I love my new cappuccino cups. They are beautiful and of high quality. I haven't tried the coffee beans yet but will do so when finished with a current bag. By the smell, I expect them to be equally amazing.

Beautiful, stylish, well-made set - highly recommended
I have not been compensated for writing this review, which covers both the Borbone espresso and cappuccino sets that I purchased. I originally purchased this set purely for its aesthetic appeal. After using this set daily for several weeks, here are my findings: Pros: - These cappuccino and espresso cups are made in Italy. The workmanship quality is incredible: the ceramic cups have a nice weight and feel substantial in your hand. The glaze on the inside and outside of the cups has a smooth, silky texture. The white interior provides good contrast for the crema on the espresso. - The cups have a unique raised lip that creates an unexpectedly pleasing ""feel"" in your mouth as you enjoy your espresso or coffee drink. I didn't expect to enjoy that shape so much, and now I imagine it would be hard for me to go back to using ordinary-shaped cups. - While beautiful to look at, the thick walls of the cup retain heat very well. Those few extra minutes of heat retention can make a difference in flavor. - The set is dishwasher-safe, which is a huge plus. The colors and gloss have not faded after many cycles of cleaning. - The sets are very competitively priced considering the quality and aesthetics. Cons: - I wish the espresso set came with a metal stand included, to keep the cups organized and on display. I re-purposed a Bodum espresso metal stand and it works well for that purpose. Conclusion: Overall, this is one of the most stylish and well-made Italian ceramic espresso/cappuccino cup sets I've owned. The look is elegant and modern. It is a perfect set for coffee drinkers wanting to elevate their daily espresso routine.
