Our History: A Neapolitan Heritage
As demand grew across Italy, Massimo brought production in-house, purchasing the company's first roasting and pod-production machines in Naples. It was here that the name Caffè Borbone was born. Today, Caffè Borbone is Italy's leading brand for coffee pods by sales volume.
After becoming a favorite in Italy, Caffè Borbone expanded to the United States through Caffè Borbone America. While our roots remain firmly planted in Naples, we now bring authentic Italian coffee to coffee lovers throughout North America. From traditional espresso drinkers to modern home brewers, we continue to create products that fit the way people enjoy coffee today. With time, and a lot of passion, Caffè Borbone has become a trusted name in specialty shops and homes across the globe.

Our coffee is roasted using a traditional method that combines temperatures of approximately 650°C with a rotating metal drum. This process allows the beans to roast evenly while maximizing their aromatic expression and distinctive flavor.
We source coffee from some of the world's most respected growing regions, selecting beans that meet our standards for quality, consistency, and character.

Our coffee blends are crafted in Naples, Italy, where generations of coffee expertise meet modern innovation. Through ongoing investments in Industry 4.0 technologies, we have expanded our production capabilities while enhancing precision, consistency, and quality at every stage of the process.
At our state-of-the-art facility in Caivano, near Naples, advanced roasting systems and automated quality controls help ensure that every pod, capsule, and bag of coffee meets our rigorous standards. Once roasted, the coffee is immediately ground and packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve its freshness, aroma, and distinctive flavor profile while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
Each individual serving is sealed in an oxygen-free environment, helping to prevent aroma loss and protect the rich fragrance and character of freshly roasted coffee for longer-lasting freshness in every cup.
