Miscela Blu is Caffè Borbone's best-selling E.S.E. espresso pod. A dark roast blend of Arabica and Robusta beans sourced from Brazil, Uganda, and Vietnam. Each 44mm pod contains 7g of freshly ground coffee and pulls a full-bodied shot with a thick crema, notes of chocolate and roasted nuts, and average acidity. These espresso pods work with any E.S.E. (Easy Serve Espresso) compatible machine.

About the Blend

Caffè Borbone's Miscela Blu (Blue Blend) uses a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans roasted in Italy. The Robusta beans contribute to a dense, persistent crema that adds body and caffeine strength. The Arabica beans round it out with sweetness and flavor complexity. The result is a balanced cup with a clean, lasting finish, that's not sharp or bitter.

  • Note: To safely and effectively use 44mm paper pods in a manual espresso machine, you need a shallow pod-specific basket or an E.S.E. adapter kit
  • Not compatible with Nespresso, K-Cup, or Lavazza A Modo Mio systems.
