Miscela Oro is a dark roast, Arabica-forward blend that balances strength with refinement. Each 44mm pod contains 7g of freshly ground coffee and pulls a full-bodied shot of authentic Italian espresso with a thick crema and notes of milk chocolate and hazelnut. These ESE espresso pods fit perfectly with any 44mm E.S.E. (Easy Serve Espresso) compatible machine.

About the Blend

Expertly roasted in Italy using time-honored tradition, this Arabica and Robusta blend delivers a true espresso that Neapolitans are known for. The Arabica beans offer natural sweetness and complex and nuanced flavor, while the Robusta beans contribute to the blend's fuller body, velvety crema, and finish. The result is a balanced cup with a layered flavor profile without the bitterness.

Plus, enjoy easy clean-up with these compostable pods.

Compatibility

These standard 44mm E.S.E. (Easy Serving Espresso) pods are perfectly compatible with any E.S.E. machine that holds 44mm pods:

    • Caffè Borbone Didi Machine
    • Any ESE-compatible machine that accepts the 44mm pod format (Saeco, DeLonghi, Francis Francis, Gaggia, and others)
    • Note: To safely and effectively use 44mm paper pods in a manual espresso machine, you need a shallow pod-specific basket or an E.S.E. adapter kit

Not compatible with Nespresso, K-Cup, or Lavazza A Modo Mio systems.

    Great coffee; not so great packaging

    The gold blend coffee pods give a full-body espresso cup as espresso or in a cappuccino . The coffee is smooth with no bitter after-taste . Delicious. The only thing that I would change is the individual packages that contain the pods . While the cardboard box and pods are recyclable or compostable, the individual pod outer packages are not . The packs are made of paper , but there is an inner layer that seems like aluminum . This shiny layer does not seem to be recyclable, and has to be discarded.

    A more refined Espresso and a bit more luxurious than the Blu Blend. This is our weekend go to Caffe. Very smooth and all around enjoyable!
